3 PLANT EXTRACTS – FOR MULTI-PURPOSES
Plant-based ingredients have been used by humankind for various purposes for a very long time; one could even say they are part of our folk tradition. The special feature of extracts lies in the fact that they do not utilize the whole plant, but rather focus on obtaining the biologically active components, their concentrated active ingredients, separated from the plant fibers. Various technologies can be used for this – a process we call extraction.
The product is named after Withania somnifera, better known as Ashwagandha or Indian Ginseng. It is one of the fundamental plants of Ayurveda, and its lactone extract can be used for various purposes. Another ingredient is Korean Ginseng, specifically Panax Ginseng. The active ingredient extracted from its root is a ginsenoside, classified as a saponin. Finally, the product also contains green tea leaf extract and its active ingredients, including polyphenols such as EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), a catechin.
How do I take Ashwa + spices?
Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take on an empty stomach.
