Taurine and caffeine enhance the release of hormones essential for exercise (including adrenaline) by increasing the availability of energy substrates. Finally, inosine, a precursor to the energy store ATP, improves efficiency at the lowest energy level, which is crucial for short bursts of intense activity.

Recommended intake:

Single serving of the product - 50 ml (1/2 bottle) - drink 30 minutes before training. Take 1 serving daily. Please note: Do not take before bedtime!
