Recommended daily intake: Stir one scoop of powder (15.4 g) into 200 ml of cold water and drink approximately 15–30 minutes before training. Do not consume more than one serving per day.

Important information: Contains caffeine (200 mg per serving). Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. Do not exceed a daily intake of 800 mg epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
