Dietary supplement with amino acids, polyphenols, OPC and ginsenosides with sweeteners.

Contents: 300 g
Recommended use: Stir one scoop of powder (15g) into 200ml of cold water and drink approximately 15-30 minutes before training. Do not consume more than one serving per day.
